Villa Mannao is a resort-style estate in Kerobokan made up of eight traditional Balinese pavilions, surrounded by expansive gardens and designed for extended families, large groups or retreat-style stays.

Featuring alang-alang thatched and Joglo-style roofs, the villa blends classic Balinese architecture with relaxed, open living and a calm countryside setting that feels removed from the pace of everyday life.

Set within landscaped lawns and stone pathways, the property features two large swimming pools measuring 15 and 20 metres, with sun loungers, shaded umbrellas and a peaceful bale beside the larger pool. The generous outdoor spaces are ideal for slow mornings, group gatherings, yoga, reflection or relaxed evening barbecues, creating a natural retreat atmosphere.

A spacious open-air living pavilion sits beside the main pool, offering high ceilings, ample seating, a bar area for shared meals or sunset drinks, and a dedicated spa room for in-villa treatments. An adjoining dining pavilion seats up to 14 guests, with meals prepared by the in-house chef, making it easy to enjoy communal dining throughout the day.

Eight well-spaced bedrooms are spread across the property for privacy and quiet. The master suite sits beside the larger pool and includes a children’s room, a king bed and a stone bathtub with indoor and outdoor showers. Additional bedrooms feature king or twin bedding, with one room offering bunk beds, making the layout flexible for families, or groups. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, many with outdoor showers, reinforcing the villa’s connection to nature.

While the villa feels peaceful and secluded, Seminyak’s restaurants, boutiques, beach clubs and nightlife are just a short drive away, offering the balance of retreat-style tranquillity with easy access to Bali’s vibrant dining and beach scene.
