The Maya Villa is a contemporary four-bedroom family villa set among peaceful rice paddies near Berawa Beach. Behind its discreet entrance lies a private, beautifully designed retreat overlooking lush tropical gardens and a 15-metre saltwater swimming pool. The villa blends modern comfort with refined Balinese architecture, using natural timber, sandstone and calm neutral tones throughout.
The villa features enclosed, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen areas with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the gardens and pool, offering flexible indoor–outdoor living. The outdoor space includes a large handcrafted timber gazebo with a seven-seater lounge, ceiling fans and blinds – ideal for relaxing or entertaining in any weather.
Inside, the sleek modern kitchen with marble island flows into a generous lounge and a striking ten-seat dining table, all with garden and pool views. Wi-Fi and modern entertainment systems are available throughout.
Four ensuite bedrooms comfortably sleep eight guests, with capacity for up to ten. Each room includes king-size beds (convertible in the ground-floor rooms), quality linens, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, walk-in wardrobes and smart TVs.
