Mandalay Villas is a private estate on Bali’s south west coast, comprising two neighbouring villas with a total of 11 bedrooms, set among rice paddies with ocean views in the distance. The setting is quiet and rural, offering space, privacy and a strong connection to Bali’s countryside.

Designed as a collection of pavilions, the estate combines traditional Balinese architecture with modern comfort. Both villas feature air conditioned interiors, private swimming pools, open sided living spaces and landscaped lawns. Indoor areas open directly to outdoor terraces, pool decks and shaded bales, creating multiple spaces for relaxing, dining and socialising in Bali’s tropical climate.

A professional villa team maintains the estate discreetly, with housekeeping and service provided throughout your stay. A private chef is available to prepare both local and Western cuisine.

Seven bedroom Villa Mandalay and four bedroom Villa Mandalay Dua can be booked individually or together, connected by a garden pathway, making the estate ideal for families, groups, retreats, celebrations and weddings. Shared facilities across the estate include a six hole pitch and putt golf course, a Finnish style sauna overlooking a lotus pond, and a mezzanine home theatre, offering activities on site for all ages.
