CASA EVALIZA

Casa Evaliza is a spacious villa located 250 meters from the beach in Seminyak, a premium area on Bali’s southwest coast. Accessible via the same road as the Club at the Legian Suites Hotel and a short walk from the renowned Kudeta restaurant, it sits on a 1200m² plot.

The villa combines modern and traditional Balinese design elements, featuring a spacious living and dining area, an air-conditioned media room, and four air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The Master Suite occupies the ground floor of the two-storey building and features a king-size bed with a padded headboard, complemented by a carved panel from a traditional Toraja house in Sulawesi. This spacious bedroom includes a sitting area with a daybed and an antique desk.
The four air-conditioned guest bedrooms are on the upper floor, accessible via a timber-clad staircase. Three of these rooms open onto a charming covered balcony with timber flooring and views of the garden. The balcony, furnished with a sofa, rattan chairs, and a glass-topped table, extends the length of the building.
The Kids’ Room includes a bunk bed for up to five children and can be converted into a king-size bedroom for adults using an extension with a luxurious featherbed.
Each bedroom includes a satellite TV, DVD player, and safe deposit box, with WiFi available throughout the property.

The large gardens include a terraced lawn, a 14-meter swimming pool, and a poolside bale for relaxation, making it perfect for weddings, parties, and special events. Casa Evaliza offers a tranquil retreat in a vibrant area, ideal for families and couples, with a dedicated and extensive staff.
